Essex Homes offers excellent customer service, as they corrected any problems I had in professional manner. I am happy with my home and the location of my neighborhood. Overall, my home turned out beautifully.
I’ve been an employee with Essex in the Warranty department for about 5 yrs. now. Purchased my first home with Essex I must say the quality of home and space you get at a great price with great service is well worth buying a home with Essex homes!
Great customer service, especially prior to making an offer. However, after the offer was made, we did see lack of response from the property manager. IHouse structure is excellent, great space in the rooms. Be sure to negotiate your property to be cleared completely if you don’t want to have to deal with debris etc. because it is not something that Essex will do on their own.
The buying and building process was seamless. I think the Warranty Dept. needs work in communication, getting back to customers about their concerns promptly and creating customer rapport.
